Stake Login Troubles: Deposits, Locked Accounts and Phone Load Issues

A closed tab during payment can leave the bank showing money gone while the balance at Stake stays the same. The usual cause is a transfer still moving between the payment provider and the casino, or a deposit that landed on another account.

Money left the bank but the balance shows nothing

The player sees the transfer marked as completed by the bank, while the wallet on the stake casino online account stays unchanged, and the history shows no matching entry.

  • The transfer is still being processed by the payment provider and has not reached the casino yet.
  • The deposit was sent to a different account, a different wallet or a saved payment profile.
  • The bank placed the payment on hold for a security check and released it later.
  • The player used a payment method that is not in their own name, so the credit was held back.
  • The browser session ended before the casino confirmed the payment.
  1. Take a screenshot of the bank statement showing the debit, its reference and the exact time.
  2. Copy the transaction reference or receipt number from the bank side.
  3. Open the account history at Stake and look for a pending or failed entry with that reference.
  4. Wait a short while and refresh the page once, since a payment can post after the bank shows it.
  5. Compare the last digits of the payment source with the ones saved in the account.
  6. Check that the name on the payment method matches the name on the player profile.
  7. If a second casino account exists, log in there and check its history for the same reference.
  8. Contact support from the logged-in account and send the screenshot and reference in one message.
  9. Keep the bank confirmation until the credit appears or support confirms the outcome.

Contact support once the reference is confirmed on the bank side and the payment is still missing from every account.

Sign-in fails or the account locks after wrong details

The player sees an error on the stake login screen, or a message that the account is locked after too many failed attempts.

  • The password was typed with the wrong keyboard layout or a stray space.
  • Email or username was entered with a typo or different capitalisation.
  • Too many failed attempts triggered a temporary lock for safety.
  • The password was changed on another device and the old one is still being used.
  • The sign-in attempt triggers a 2FA code that is not arriving or is out of date.
  1. Retype the email and password slowly in a plain text editor first, then paste them in.
  2. Check the keyboard language and turn off autocorrect or predictive text.
  3. Use the same email that received the welcome message when the account was opened.
  4. Try the username instead of the email if both are accepted.
  5. Switch to the correct 2FA code and wait for a fresh one before entering it.
  6. Stop retrying and wait for the temporary lock to clear on its own.
  7. Use the password reset link sent to the account email and set a new password.
  8. Log in from a single browser tab and close other tabs with the same page.
  9. Note the exact error message, since support will ask for it when the account stays locked.

Contact support when the reset email does not arrive or the lock remains after the waiting period.

Games and pages load badly in the phone browser

The player sees a blank page, a spinning loader or a game that stops after it opens, and Stake login may not even reach its sign-in screen.

  • The mobile connection dropped or switched between Wi-Fi and data mid-load.
  • The browser holds an old cached version of the page.
  • A background tab or other open apps are using the available memory.
  • The browser version is out of date and misses features the page needs.
  • A script blocker or private mode setting stops parts of the page from running.
  1. Move to a stable Wi-Fi network and turn off mobile data while testing.
  2. Reload the page once, then clear the browser cache and cookies if it stays blank.
  3. Close other tabs and heavy apps so the phone browser has memory to work with.
  4. Update the browser through the phone’s store and reopen the page.
  5. Disable content blockers or private mode for the casino domain only.
  6. Allow cookies and JavaScript in the browser settings for that site.
  7. Try the page in one other browser installed on the same phone.
  8. Restart the phone if the problem repeats across both browsers.
  9. Note the game name, the time and any error code shown on screen for support.

Contact support when the page fails in two different browsers on a stable network.

Identity checks stall or documents get rejected

The player sees a pending review badge that does not change, or a rejection message naming a document the system will not accept.

  • The photo is blurry, cropped or shows glare across the details.
  • Only one side of a two-sided document was sent.
  • The document expired or the corners are cut off in the image.
  • The name or address does not match the profile details exactly.
  • The file format or size falls outside what the upload form accepts.
  1. Photograph the document flat on a dark surface in bright, even light.
  2. Send all sides of the document, including any page with the personal details.
  3. Check that every corner and the full text are inside the frame.
  4. Use a document that is still valid on the day of the upload.
  5. Match the name, date of birth and address to the profile exactly, including middle names.
  6. Convert the image to a common format and keep the file size moderate.
  7. Upload through the verification area in the account rather than by email.
  8. Submit each requested document in one batch so the review covers them together.
  9. Wait for the review to finish before sending more files, since a new upload can reset the queue.

Contact support when the review shows no change long after all documents were accepted or when a rejection reason stays unclear.

Use one payment source and one set of personal details from the first deposit onward, and most of these problems never appear.
